The Worlds of Old - Cácquilánci Concept

Concept for Cácquilánci from my "The Worlds of Old" webcomic

Cácquilánci is an Alpha Shadow Massiff Lunar being, his design being inspired by the Tusken Massiff from Star Wars. He is the shortest of the Trinity, but is the more volatile of the three. He is the representation of imprisonment and slavery and is seen in a deranged state at almost all times. The only moment he is not in a full-on rage is when he is around any none-Massiff Lunar Beings (i.e. Dor'tian, Sarianna, Gitans). The bright red markings all over his body represent the many years of battles with slavers and the large star marking is his connection to his human tether.

Though he thrive in blistering hot climates, he ventures into the Retro Mythosaurs territory only to converse with Dor'tian and the Elder of the tribe, Bor-fel. He acts as a secondary caretaker for Gitans, influencing the young Lunar Being's chaotic tendencies and "advocating" for him whenever he is scolded by Dor'tian.
