He is the corrupt ruler of the Lunar World and oversees all political and social events. He is a Lumia Elk Lunar Being and has the ability to possess any planet's moon of his choosing, his being Deimos. He is the largest specimen of the Lumia species due to his appearance being based on that of a bull elk as well as Lumia Deer being the most common and smaller subspecies.

His markings were nonexistent before he became the ruler and he has built a very powerful court, consisting of variance members of different Lunar Beings that share the same ideals as him. A few include Warpath (Dor'tian's father), Phantomia (Sarianna's mother) and Rampage (Cácquilánci's brother).
